Hello all,

Last time I flew from PHX to London in 2013, we still had an old plane. That trip was an unfortunate event for my family. We were stuck with our 4 broken seats that were leaning off center, a missing headrest with a metal rod sticking out (my seat) and my two kids' entertainment screens were broken an hour into the flight. It was the longest and uncomfortable 12 hours flight ever. Needless to say, I has been waiting a long time for a new plane before I fly again from PHX.

Then, two years ago due to lower fare cost, I flew from LAX instead and I was so excited to board a new plane! It was great. I would go back to LAX only if PHX is still not updated.

I had checked the new plane list but I couldn't find anything about PHX. Can anyone tell me the info? Thank you so much!
