I've already made multiple calls to AC on this topic on behalf of others on this forum.
Feel free to call and ask the specific questions for change within the same cabin and fare family eg. Y Standard to Y Flex/Comfort. I was told more than once, change of date and destination is not allowed. It is allowed when moving up to a higher cabin.

But you already know that even if calling AC multiple times yields the same answer, they are often not to be trusted. Yes, we make mistakes on this forum, but I'll trust calling AC much less than I do this place.
For example, if you make 10 calls to AC and ask a different agent on what positive inventory is required to upgrade from a Latitude fare... well you know what the answer will be 9/10 times.
