Yes but that does not include elite bag benefits -- it is referring to the benefits defined in the ticket, as defined by the US DOT requirements.

LH provides free seat assignments for award tickets, LX does not. Nothing to do with status
The principal *G benefits are lounge access, +1 (if piece count carrier) bag at the normal weight allowance for the cabin and priority boarding.
