These were gate upgrades. They should have been based on the visible list.
UA is absolutely aware of the problem. Not only do they monitor this board, but they are surely receiving a large volume of complaints, as the issues are so obvious one need not have FT-level knowledge to realize the process is not working as it is supposed to work.
