If you overnight in Sorrento & Lorne, you'll have lots of time between these two as there isn't much driving. But you can fill that with a tour around the bay and/or swimming with the dolphins/seals.

And yes, not bailing on my friends Down Under was another motivator to get creative. That, and a donation I made today to the Australian Red Cross are small things but I guess every bit helps.
