Whether they've had enough training to do anything useful is another matter, but I was asking a concierge some more challenging questions recently and she seemed quite well-versed in everything and knew exactly how to manipulate a couple PNRs and tickets to do what I wanted.
Unless the OP forgot they are SE, then getting the concierge and their resources won’t make much of a difference.
I’ve got to walk by a customer service desk in a few minutes and I’ll ask them if they’re able to solve future issues or only day of issues.
