But this change was not at all ideal. I liked the old system better as well. I wished they switched back to in gate security check like in Singapore/Kuala Lumpur.
SIN/KUL (and now BKK domestic) are horrible for security checkpoints. I typically take a water bottle with me on-board, so now I just have to place another check in the DMK...box.
Actually, KUL is a miserable dour experience regardless. I'm done here.
