I took a screen shot of my inbound flight from the AA app and it showed we arrived 39 minutes late. My connecting flight was scheduled to depart at 8:28pm, and actually departed at 8:25pm. So in the system they should have been able to see I arrived on my inbound flight late. I just have never had this issue happen before with AA or DL for that matter...and am just a bit frustrated with the response I have been getting from AA. I remember a couple weeks back there reading there was another thread dealing with AA showing a customer was a no-show when they were actually flying on the first segment of their itinerary.
