I stand corrected. I was under the impression that with Amadeus because airports haven't changed over yet, they haven't had their full Amadeus Res training and therefore couldn't do anything until the got that training (which was to coincide with their location changing)
Whether they've had enough training to do anything useful is another matter, but I was asking a concierge some more challenging questions recently and she seemed quite well-versed in everything and knew exactly how to manipulate a couple PNRs and tickets to do what I wanted.
