it is not possible to change this booking on ba.com
Fully:
Sorry, it is not possible to change this booking on ba.com. Please call your local British Airways office to change this booking.

Does this mean:
1. It may be possible to upgrade if I phone
2. There are no seats available for upgrading
3. My ticket does not permit an upgrade
4. Any or none of the above?

We are in WT+ - LHR-KUL.30th January. BA33.
