Someone changed the title of this thread. The accolades also go to the Marriott’s Guest Experience Assistance Team at Customer Engagement Center. If it wasn’t for a associate from the center, I would not have a resolution to the difficulty in completing my reservation. The Marriott Lurkers do a fantastic job, but it would be unfair to the other Marriott Team Members, who go above and beyond, not to mention them.
Maybe the title should read, “Marriott Team Members Appreciation Thread”
