I think these are the 772ERs that used to be fitted with the old regional business class in a 2x3x2 config and they were 'upgraded' to the 2x2x2. They used to be used on secondary routes to Aus e.g, BNE, ADL, PER and longer routes within Asia. They have only started to be withdrawn from the fleet to coincide with the arrival of the A350s. The number of planes with 1x2x1 was much smaller and they were used on routes like SIN-AMS, SIN-CPH years ago but they have been gone from the fleet for a long time now.
