Flying ET - can this divider still move?
Hi all, looking for quick advice - I'm flying this Friday @ 3pm to Zurich in ET & I have just noticed (exit) row 10 became unblocked; ExpertFlyer shows the following:


Does this mean the divider has been settled for 100% between rows 9 and 10, or could is still move backwards?
