Sorry to keep you awake LondonElite... I know it is long...but...wanted to give details.

But to the point I was not able to make my AA connection due to their inability to get me to the gate on time. AA would not give me a confirmed seat in main cabin on the next flight because I had a first class fare. They would sell me a new ticket in main cabin...but only put me on stand by for the next flight not confirmed. They won’t give me a refund or credit for unused portion because I was a no-show in their eyes.
