My annual fee posted. For some reason, I missed the memo in the previous month's statement about calling within 45 days. Based on what I've read, since I have never gotten a waiver, I should get one, correct? I am guessing it is okay with Barclay to use the word "waiver"?

I wish I had called in advance; I am so used to Citi where calling after it posts tends to be better.
