Samsonite's US site no longer seems to provide parts. The European site, which is the address above, doesn't serve US customers. I tried saying I am from France (it doesn't serve the UK either), but the tutorial for where to find the numbers from the suitcase does not include the style I have... I can't find those numbers anywhere.

I hope it might work for some people; it seemed like a useful site.
