You're talking about PLH. Certain routes have always had expanded catering on mainline. With the rollout of North American Signature Class, they got even better on wide-bodies.
rouge only has one standard, and it doesn't matter what route you're on.
And I was fairly certain they don't do the PLH catering on E90s any more because it's too much work for the limited crew.
