I have tried google pixel buds, the translation for me is almost instant. Although it wasn't entirely accurate (as with other translators, the converted words are sometimes too formal, literal and blunt), it was usually 80-95% accurate. Definitely would not rely on them if you need to translate legal documents or a book, but easily good enough to be able to get by if you were in a foreign country.
