AC has canceled our daughter’s direct flight (BOS->YHZ) and rebooked her with a connection through YUL a day later. Have been trying to reach them through the standard 800 number and either being told they have too many callers and can’t put people on hold and/or earlier in the day was on hold for more than 2 hours before being disconnected. Short of going to the airport are there any alternative ways to reach AirCanada by voice? Do they have a “we’ll call you back when it’s your turn feature? Thanks in advance for any tips, suggestions to reach them.
