Has anyone taken advantage of this? Looking for some experiences as can’t find any info online at all.

Aside from still being impossible to book the transit hotel on the website, it also seems they have now changed the generous 2019 terms. In 2019, business class passengers were supposed to get a room to themselves in a nice western $100-150 a night hotel (I forget which one - Hyatt?). I tried booking this by phone last year with the help of a chinese speaker but they told me I had to wait until 2020 to book.

It seems from reading the 2020 terms that business passengers are now not offered anything extra and now must share a room with a stranger passenger in one of 4 $20 a night hovels dotted around the local area. If that’s the case, I’ll book my own transit hotel.

Anyone have any insight? I tried calling the English hotline but they couldn’t speak any English beyond basic greetings. Just asked if I could speak Chinese repeatedly.
