I object to your use of the word "abuse". That has a negative connotation, and I don't view playing by the rules as "abuse". It's optimization. If someone uses all the tax laws and loopholes available to them, to lower their tax liability as much as legally possible, are they "abusing" the system? Of course not. Every business does this; it would be criminal NOT to do this.
Are you sure you guys verified correctly whether or not you’re locked? I’ve read in certain parts that folks are unsure of how to 100% validate that they are locked or not. If you all have generated that many SUBs, I’d be shocked if you weren’t locked. The locked status seems to be pretty consisteny applied and it seems to me this was done via some sort of criteria based automation. The shut downs are after manual review.
