Does anyone NOT see the "welcome letter" from mystatus.united.com?





If there is no "Welcome Letter", does that mean your status is still undecided? See below.



I found this strange as the member above had met 1K requirement in Nov. Also, he had 320 PP deposited in his account as part of 1K benefits.
