I'm wondering if the 5x points on hotels offered with the Platinum card when booking on amextravel.com and/or americanexpressfhr.com also extends to bookings made over the phone with an american express travel counselor?

...mostly asking because the direct "packages" offered by some resort properties can be much more lucrative vs. even Centurion FHR and they can be booked by a travel counselor over the phone.
