They do not have day room hotels at the CX lounges in HKG, but they do have relaxation rooms and cabanas that can be requested on arrival. See this page about the various Hong Kong Cathay Pacific lounges.

You’ll be eligible for the First Class lounges - and everything they have to offer - because of your qualifying First class flight and onward connection in both directions. As has been stated, retain your First boarding pass to present.
