Just flew one of these for the second time in so many weeks, premium Rouge. These are absolutely horrible. Narrow seats, very little bin space, no closets, tight seats, no leg room in the bulkhead row. Only two mains available, rubber chicken and overcooked pasta. So much so that the FA was ashamed and replaced mine...

Bottom line, on my way back I go through YUL instead of YYZ, rouge 319s are nowhere near as bad.
