As mentioned up above, I too am having an enormous amount of trouble accessing my certificates and even when I can get that page to load, when I select one and click continue, it has forgotten this on the next page so it's pretty much worthless.
For a couple of days now I cannot access credits/certs.
I should have a bunch of them with a few changed flights, RUCs, AMEX cert, etc. but website says I have '0' and '
