Well, that's unfair on the poor guy. Russian investigators said fatigue was a contributing factor, and the captain was rumoured to be going to leave Flydubai over fatigue. Plus, and I know I'm going OT here, but Flydubai (still according to the Russian investigators) only recorded 70 fatigue reports since 2009, a number that is impossibly low (LGW base alone in BA has more than that number in a year), which makes me think that there's something wrong in the culture there.
