Just wrapped up a (1) night stay here while in Iceland for New Years. Not too much to add from previous review about the hard product however they did recognize us as Globalist members as we booked through Hyatt (points). Received a nice tour of the property on arrival and were upgraded from the base room to the 'deluxe room' (basically slightly bigger room on the backside of property away from parking lot), given welcome drinks and had some small chocolates waiting for us in the room.

We passed on dinner based on reviews we read about product / price and opted to drive about 4 miles east into a small town/area that had a restaurant as well as a grocery & liquor store and brought back some items to the room.

Would recommend for a (1) night stay if looking to off-set the drive from Reykjavik to the Southern Coast like we were (especially given the lack of sunlight during the winter) however couldn't see doing multiple nights in this area.
