Precheck is up to TSA granting. When on one PNR and checkin together at same time, companion usually get Precheck printed on their BP. However when on separate or checking in separate, companions will usually not get it.

Regardless of on one or separate PNR, if you checkin together DL will grant your bag allowance. Agent will need to override system, but isn't anything unusual for them.
