She is actually a very nice woman, it just didn't work out and she had a last minute change of mind...I'm not mad at her just beyond frustrated that a person who pays for a ticket doesn't get the refund? Why is this even possible? In any other situation, I would expect the credit to go back tot he card holder who paid.
