Choice Hotels partners with Aeroplan

SILVER SPRING, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 2004--Worldwide lodging franchisor Choice Hotels International (NYSE:CHH) today announced a partnership with Air Canada Aeroplan, making Air Canada the 10th airline partner in Choice Hotels' airline miles program. Through this partnership, Aeroplan members can earn Aeroplan Miles when staying at any one of Choice Hotels' nearly 4,000 properties in the United States, Canada and Caribbean.


Effective Sept. 9, Aeroplan members will earn 250 miles per eligible stay at Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Sleep Inn, Clarion and MainStay Suites hotels throughout the United States and Caribbean, or 150 miles per eligible stay at Econo Lodge and Rodeway Inn hotels in the United States.

Consumers staying at any Choice Hotels brand in Canada will earn 250 miles for each eligible stay.

To receive miles, members simply provide their Aeroplan member number at check-in.

Other Choice Hotels mileage partners include Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, America West Airlines Flight Fund, American Airlines AAdvantage, Continental Airlines One Pass, Delta SkyMiles, Northwest Airlines WorldPerks, Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards, United Mileage Plus and US Airways Dividend Miles.
