The local government was talking about not allowing sightseers to clog the train street during the train schedules, supposedly for safety reason. I am not sure if it is going to happen any time soon, based on reactions from the families that depend on the services to the tourists.
The local government has already closed it to tourist, at least from a few recent news articles and videos that I've read and seen.
