Your compensation would be the difference in avios between F and J for that sector. As it's more than 14 days before departure BA can theoretically cancel your whole booking without paying you and compensation beyond a refund.

As usual: the best thing is to decide what you would like to achieve (take your existing flight in J and get the avios back? Fly in F on a different day?) and call BA explaining what has happened and asking for your desired outcome.
