We are flying LHR to ORD in March and have just been notified of a seat change due to operational reasons and advised to select new seats. However, on accessing MMB, there are only 8seats in F and none are available. Further investigation reveals it is now a refurbished 777 with club suites in J. We are booked in F on a 2-4-1 reward booking. We have flexibility in dates so could ask to change flights or we could accept a downgrade to J (but I wouldn’t want to loose out). What are my sensible options?
