I get marketing emails all the time from a number sources that don’t reflect information that is not up to date.

No need to lose sleep over it. Simply dial 1-800-421-4655, enter or say your M+number, and follow the voice instruction, or wait for a live customer service agent to respond to your call. Explain the issues and your concerns, and I am sure the agent will be happy to help you.

It will take no more than a few minutes but that is a few minute worth spending to have your status confirmed.
