Yes, I had the same occur. I'd found them quite responsive in the past, but reached out to them around Dec 10 for a straightforward request for seat selection changes and never got a response. It was a situation where there was an aircraft swap that booted me from Preferred Seats to regular seats, and their online seat selection tool didn't work, and I didn't feel like waiting on hold for >1 hour just to try to get seats reinstated, so I'd tried the social media team, but never heard back.

Sounds like they must be overwhelmed with inquiries with the Amadeus issues and long call center wait times.
