Is anyone else getting ghosted by AC Social Media?
Prior to the Amadeus switchover, AC was responsive quickly over FB/Twitter DM, but since Nov 29, they haven't responded at all to any messages I (and a few friends) have sent on separate occasions for separate issues. Is anyone else having this issue, or should I accept that AC just isn't that into me?
