The main issue with a MAX10, IMO, would be if the airline didn't add a 4th lavatory (some of UA's 739s have the mid-cabin lab at the front of coach).
UA 739's are vastly superior to Delta's simply because most or all of them have the mid cabin lav IMO. Half of them only seat 167 persons as well, so that's further icing on the cake as there more spacious. I have no doubt they would add a additional lav for the -10. Blame lies solely with the beancounters at Delta.
