My son is flying AMS to CTU tomorrow. The online checkin thing says he is checked in, but wont show the boarding pass. It also says no seat selected, but when you go to seat selection, all the seats are blanked out, and he is allocated a seat in row 78, which doesnt exist according to seatguru. Any ideas what is happening? Plane swap maybe, or has he been bumped? (In which case he will appreciate the denied boarding compo!)
