Ideally, I would fly into Europe around February 20th, fly into Tallinn on the 23rd, and fly out of Europe around March 15th.

I am currently looking to purchase return tickets from either London, Paris, Rome, or Amsterdam. I want the cheapest but that also might mean additional travel costs to get to Tallinn which might ultimately make it more expensive. I would need to fly from either of these 4 cities into Tallinn on February 23rd.

Additionally, I want to visit Zurich and Lauterbrunnen in Switzerland and Varenna/Milan in Italy when the conference is over.

I've made a spreadsheet to keep track of all the additional travel expenses needed (ex. flights to Tallinn, trains to Paris or Rome, etc.) but it's all getting a bit too much for me. Do you have any advice on what I should do?
If price is the main driver, keep hunting for fares. Having fixed dates make it much harder. 20 Feb 2020 is not far away.
Chinese or other Asian airlines can have competitive fares. Their are also more airlines flying from SYD
Get anywhere in EU and local separate flights/train to destination
In EU train to visit Zurich and Lauterbrunnen in Switzerland and Varenna/Milan in Italy.
