Thanks, guys. I realize the quality of the meal largely depends on how well the meat is cooked, so it’s always a gamble. Either way I’m mainly taking the flight to take advantage of flying the 789 between DFW and ORD. But here’s to hoping our meals are decent enough to enhance the experience rather than detract from it.
