Vouchers are paper vouchers and using them without physically being in an ana flight is tough.
youd have to book a hotel via ana (and not via IHG) to be able to apply the vouchers. Also, the vouchers only applicable for specific hotel rates....
do more research on the pitfalls of the vouchers (bad idea unless you are sure you know when, where and how to use them).
there is a good reason why the vouchers are openly traded on yahoo japan auction. Many people find them a hassle to use.
