FWIW, I had breakfast at the HP Tianshan Plaza and it was excellent. Completely blows away the standard HH/HP buffets in the US and depending on your metrics, could blow away higher end breakfast buffets as well. But of course this may not offer any indication of the quality at Hongqiao CBD.
