People really like to dump on the 739 - I really don't get it. I have flown on them hundreds of times & I'm still here to talk about it. That said, I agree that 10A/B/C are the best non-first-class seats on that plane, and that 11D/E/F are the worst. There is no cutout at the bottom of the bulkhead, so you are really limited to either sitting with your knees at exactly 90 degrees for the whole flight, or man-spreading into your neighbor's space. 11D also has the bonus of the FA whacking you in the knee every time they open the closet door. I will generally take any other seat in C+, or even an aisle farther back before I take the right side of row 11. 15A is missing a window, which some people love and others hate.
I disagree with the poster above who suggested that 5C & D don't fully recline. That's my go-to on that plane when I am sitting up front, and have never noticed them to be limited. For some reason 1B has a toe cutout in the bulkhead that doesn't extend over to 1A, so 1B is pretty tolerable. If I am on a flight more than 2 hours, though, I will take a voluntary downgrade from F to C+ to avoid row #1 .
