I’m only 5’8” so I didn’t have a problem with legroom in 11F. It really comes down to preference. Note though that 11EF have screens on the bulkhead, but 11D the screen folds up from beneath the armrest so it needs to be down for takeoff and landing.
I like when the tray table is in the arm rest. If the person next to you has any overflow from being large it stays with them.
