Got a few extra details - suites should be available in the summer; only regular rooms are ready now, hence poor upgrades for elites. Regency and Presidential suites will be located in the beachfront bungalows with private pools, and residential style 1BR suites will be in the condo building to the left of the lobby. No plans for the timeshares to become part of Hyatt.
