Would rather have row 19 over any C+ on the 739. Limited/no recline but extra legroom and I believe you are safe from row 18 being able to recline into your space.

And agree with others this is the worst plane in the fleet apart from the CR2 (which is far less prevalent at least in my neck of the woods)
