I get the fruit and cheese whenever I can. I always preorder it if I get the chance, and if I get upgraded too late to do a preorder, I ask if it's possible to get it when they take my order. They have always given it to me.

A lot of times they ask if I want just the F&C, or if I want everything else as well. When they don't ask, they just assume I want the extras and give it to me.

Also, even when I preorder it, they always ask if I still want it, or if I want one of the regular meals. This suggests that they still load the full complement of regular meals and the F&C just comes out of whatever stock they have in the back.
