Hyatt obviously treats its elite members better, but as someone was talking about that I thought about my experience at the Sheraton Grand in Sacramento. The lounge was closed so they gave people vouchers to use for appetizers/breakfast in the lobby bar/restaurant.
Wouldn't that be a solution to overcrowding? I'm sure some people would prefer to get food/drinks elsewhere, not in the lounge.
