Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

I ended up extending my current trip and went BS from STL to ATL and ATL to MCO. Those two legs give me over 6k points. It cost an additional $479. Luckily, I had a $100 LUV voucher.

Lesson learned for this year: Plan ahead!
